FAQ
What's the difference between friending someone and following someone?
Only your friends can see your private purchases and ask questions about the specific purchases of yours.
When you follow someone, you will see their activities on your dashboard; these activities include reviewing a product or asking a public question.
How do I know who have friended me?
If you see a product review with a "Friends only" badge, or if you see an "Ask questions" option, this means the reviewer has added you as their friends. Friendships aren't always mutual.
Who can see the questions I asked?
When you ask questions about a review, only the reviewer can see and answer.
When you ask a generic question, your followers will see the question on their dashboard, but anyone with a link will be able to respond. Only you will be able to see the answers.
