可以輕鬆分辨種類，型也好看直接放在廚房不突兀，外殼是鐵板好清洗，沾板周邊有止滑切菜穩定不移動，唯一小缺點是塑膠沾板用久了會有刀痕，但瑕不掩瑜還是很好用。
