矽膠材質，握把部分是木製。也因此不會傳熱，不會燙。撈水餃很剛好，用來撈青菜也行。
拿起來的手感很棒，有一系列的廚房用具。會想要一整套。目前用來很喜歡。但木製的地方會不會壞掉，要觀察。
