這個芳香噴霧機真的相當耐用,已經用十年了也沒壞,一時也想不到要買什麼取代它就一直使用至今。可以當夜燈有溫暖的黃光。有時開冷氣太乾,使用它有一點點加濕效用吧。

我總是滴很多精油在裡面,才會感覺有味道。

有一陣子相當沈迷於琺瑯製品,喜歡它的輕巧,熱傳導快速。這樣的材質拿來做成鍋子,就能發揮它的特性。我特別喜歡拿這個鍋子來燙青菜及煮泡麵,因為加熱很快,水一下子就滾了,很快就能夠煮好。煮奶茶也是很合適,煮完紅茶之後,加入牛奶熱一下,就完成了。
不適合做燉煮的料理,因為會很快將湯汁煮沸蒸發。

另外,尺寸不大,適合小家庭。若使用久了,鍋子內會有一些色素沉澱,用去漬粉泡一下就乾淨了,這點也很不錯。

野田琺瑯 - 調理盤/備料盤 一樣,是在家裡使用了很久的廚房道具。有一點深的調理盆,底面是平的,可以穩穩地放著。用來醃東西、放蔬菜都很方便。

他也能夠烹煮,有時候蒸東西我也用它承裝,放進電鍋裡面。

全白的樣貌,吃火鍋直接端上桌也很棒!我都用它裝茼蒿或是高麗菜。

其實就是備料盤,我一共有3個,但全白的看起來就是很舒心。因為琺瑯很輕,又是金屬材質,感覺解凍比較快。

像是肉絲或絞肉,我就會放在上面解凍。

做菜的習慣是把所有材料切好備好,所以同一盤料理的東西,我就會放在同一盤裡面。

另外,如果吃火鍋時,直接把材料直接端上桌也不違和。可謂進得了廚房上得了廳堂的廚房道具!

台灣好像沒那麼好買,我的幾個調理盤都是在日本買的。

當初因為黃色的顏色而購買。底面寬大燒水的確很快速。

但燒完水之後它的手把會燙,再加上裝了水之後重量有點重。目前已經被束之高閣。

當初在逛日本道具街購買的,費了工夫從日本帶回來。但我覺得它不好用的地方在於圓形的底,揉麵包什麼的很難以施力,會滾來滾去。用來洗菜也沒辦法好好放好。但想到是柳宗理又捨不得丟,最後他就淪為裝其他調理盆的盆子。

小的攪拌器很剛好,不太佔空間,靜靜地不張揚地存在於廚房。我常拿它來打蛋,泡奶茶,調醬料,任何需要攪拌的東西。但不太能夠打發蛋就是了。

蓋子可以選擇不銹鋼蓋或是鐵蓋;把手記得也是另外購買。我選的是鐵蓋+把手。如此一來便能整個鍋子連同蓋子放進烤箱中,當時還幻想著能夠烤整隻雞,實際上只用了十次不到。
優點:
燉東西很好吃,非常蓄熱。

缺點:

  1. 非常重,裡面再裝料理後,每次使用都像在練重訓。
  2. 生鐵鍋不易保養,例如我很愛燉番茄羅宋湯,就會侵蝕鍋子表面。每次用完清洗、烘乾也是問題。

最後以2000元賣給好人家收場。

這個尺寸對單身或是小家庭來說比較大,但若要一次燉煮比較多東西,比起 MUJI 無印良品 - 土鍋/黑釉/1~2人用(已停產) ,它會比較適合。不過它一樣有保溫性高、重量輕的優點。具體來說相當實用。
值得一提的是,它還有搭配的配件陶瓷蒸盤,可以蒸根莖類蔬菜,像是馬鈴薯、地瓜。這個就是1-2人用無法做到的。
目前門市都沒有看到這個土鍋,網站上還有,也許是僅剩不多的庫存了吧!
