其實就是備料盤,我一共有3個,但全白的看起來就是很舒心。因為琺瑯很輕,又是金屬材質,感覺解凍比較快。
像是肉絲或絞肉,我就會放在上面解凍。
做菜的習慣是把所有材料切好備好,所以同一盤料理的東西,我就會放在同一盤裡面。
另外,如果吃火鍋時,直接把材料直接端上桌也不違和。可謂進得了廚房上得了廳堂的廚房道具!
台灣好像沒那麼好買,我的幾個調理盤都是在日本買的。

跟 野田琺瑯 - 調理盤/備料盤 一樣,是在家裡使用了很久的廚房道具。有一點深的調理盆,底面是平的,可以穩穩地放著。用來醃東西、放蔬菜都很方便。
他也能夠烹煮,有時候蒸東西我也用它承裝,放進電鍋裡面。
全白的樣貌,吃火鍋直接端上桌也很棒!我都用它裝茼蒿或是高麗菜。

當初因為黃色的顏色而購買。底面寬大燒水的確很快速。
但燒完水之後它的手把會燙,再加上裝了水之後重量有點重。目前已經被束之高閣。
